The Mumbai Indians (MI) started their 2021 IPL campaign on a losing note, against the Royal Challengers Bangalore . Even though the match was decided only off the last ball, the Bangalore outfit managed to cross the finish line against Mumbai.
Mumbai Indians are known to be slow starters, but once they find their mojo, it will be tough to stop them.

On the other hand, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) managed to beat the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)  in a high-scoring clash in Chennai. Nitish Rana was the catalyst of Kolkata’s victory with the willow. He scored 80 off just 56 deliveries to allow the Eoin Morgan led side to post a competitive total of 187/6 on the board. In reply, even though the ‘Orange Army’ gave some jitters to the Kolkata side, they eventually fell short of the target by 10 runs.
