The reasons of the "non-aligned pro-Russians" in the third century are various. But in reality the majority support Russia's stance in Ukraine.

"The bulk of mankind, which does not consist only of white people, supports Russia's stance in Ukraine," stated the head of a huge African nation on Twitter. It is an unpleasant, but unavoidable, fact of life. A similar chart may be seen here, showing the nations that do not impose economic sanctions against Moscow. The majority of Asia, including the Middle East, as well as Africa and Latin America are represented. In what has been termed as the club of rising nations, the alternative to the G7, namely the BRICS, Russia is seen as a credible partner in the international community (Brazil Russia India China South Africa). In addition to Turkey, which is a NATO member, Israel and Saudi Arabia, who have both benefited from vital American military assistance for decades, have also dissociated themselves from the sanctions. India has proven to be the largest source of disappointment for Joe Biden on this front. Narendra Modi's Hindu nationalist administration was seeking a strategic approach to the United States that included an anti-Chinese role; yet, it did not feel the need to sour ties with the other neighboring superpower, Russia, in order to achieve this goal.

When we talk about a solitary Vladimir Putin, we should include the qualifier "relative to us Westerners, plus certain iron friends of America, like as Japan, South Korea, and Australia" to emphasize his isolation. The whole pro-Ukraine alliance that is imposing sanctions continues to represent the vast majority of global GDP; yet, it does not represent the vast majority of states, much alone the vast majority of the world's people. Moreover, if the economic and demographic estimates for the future of the globe are correct, the "world of the third millennium" will be on the other side of the planet, not on ours.

This separation may seem to be a reversion to the status quo. During the First Cold War, there was a movement of "non-aligned nations," also known as the Third World, which refused to take sides with either of the two Cold War blocs. This movement was known as the Third World because it refused to take sides with either of the two Cold War blocs. In the case of India under Nehru and Indira Gandhi, his affections were more frequently directed towards the Soviet Union, both for the help obtained in the anti-colonial wars and for the pull towards the socialist economy. Today, the impression of neutrality or equidistance translates into collaboration with Putin, who is able to escape sanctions by finding other economic partners to those of the Western world. It will not be easy, but the examples set by Iran and Venezuela demonstrate that sanctions systems may be bypassed in some circumstances.

It is difficult to pin down the reasons of the "nonaligned pro-Russians" in the third century. For geopolitical and opportunistic reasons, for example, India has been purchasing Russian-made weapons for decades, and the authoritarian superpowers are growing their involvement into the arms industry, which is regarded as evil in the West. More broadly, what we used to refer to as the Third World has been the focus of much interest from Beijing, as well as from Moscow, which has made significant expenditures to replace our own.

It is the West that has aided in the development of a massive post-colonial anger against itself. A considerable proportion of the African ruling classes was educated at American colleges, both English and French, where the prevalent dogma is that the West is solely responsible for all of humanity's suffering, including colonialism, imperialism, aggression, exploitation, and resource plunder. Because this process is one-sided, the elites of the Third World are culturally unprepared to deal with the imperialisms of other countries, such as Chinese, Russian, Turkish-Ottoman, or Persian imperialisms. As a result of their anti-Western education received in Europe or the United States, corrupt and predatory elites in impoverished nations, acting in the name of anti-colonialism, are able to dismiss charges of human rights abuses or poor governance.

The West has amassed a collection of skeletons in its closet. The invasion of Iraq in 2003 was based on clear falsehoods; the civilians who were killed by the bombs, as well as the atrocities perpetrated against inmates at Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib, are still vivid in the minds of those who saw them. America responded instantly by releasing antibodies: the squares of major cities were overflowing with anti-George W. Bush protests; later Barack Obama won the 2008 election as well, owing to his opposition to the war. For the time being, those who recall Uncle Sam's ignominious deeds do so in order to adopt a moral equidistance that absolves Putin of his crimes. And it isn't only America that is being subjected to this abuse. Following a series of coups across French-speaking Africa, the French military was ejected and Russian soldiers were sent to take their place. However, lately, its military presence worked as a deterrent to Islamic militias, and the term has returned to popularity in the south of France.

As a result of these extensive conflicts, the Western world does not defend itself; rather, it retreats. China's New Silk Roads, through which it is constructing critical infrastructure in Asia and Africa, are the only option available to the United States or Europe. Many liberal democracies are questioning the efficacy of cooperation policies, whether because of the threat of corruption or because large-scale construction projects are not ecologically benign enough. The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank have experienced ideological transformations and have been criticized as financial agents of white imperialism. As a consequence, many developing nations have been abandoned to the establishment of alternative organizations, such as the Asian infrastructure bank, which has its control room in Beijing. In the fields of human rights, the environment, "pink quotas," and LGBTQ participation on corporate boards of directors, Chinese investments in Asia and Africa do not have to pass politically acceptable examinations in order to be accepted. They increase their activity near where we withdraw.

Finally, a cultural attraction helps to solidify the new front of the "non-aligned," which is in reality complicit in the attack against the Ukrainian people. It is clear that the social models championed by Putin and Xi Jinping - for example, defending the traditional family - have a strong pull on people's hearts and minds. In many regions of the globe, Western civilization is seen as violent and decadent. The evangelical Protestants of South America, the Muslims of Africa, and the Hindus of South Asia are all disgusted by the development of customs in the United States, which they see as a kind of moral disintegration of a low empire, according to them.

The West runs the danger of prematurely praising Putin in the corner of his own country. Because of conflict and sanctions, the southern hemisphere of the earth has suffered from energy shortages and food inflation; for the time being, we have not been able to persuade him of our justifications.
